Transfer full amount to our bank account and send the receipt via our facebook> or email transaction record to reservation@latoscana-resort.com including name and contact number or email address which can be used to send back the confirmation information that will be needed when check-in. We usually send back the confirmation information via fax or email within 3 days. If the payment transaction is incomplete within 3 days, the reservation will be canceled.
Changing Arriving Date

Customers can change the date 2 times. Please inform us 14 days in advance. If fail to The company has reserved the right to keep full amount of payment in any circumstances if failure to notify us as requested.

Room rate includes breakfast for 2
In case of there are more than 2 people staying in one room (No more than 1 extra person / room)
Age under 5 years old: Free of charge.
Age 5 - 7 years old: there will be service charge of 300 Baht / person / day with breakfast
Age 8 years old and above: there will be service charge of 1,000 Baht / person / day with breakfast
Baby Cot: 300 Baht / day
Only cats or small dogs are allowed in the resort with the additional fee of 500, 800, 1,000 Baht / 1 pet / 1 night (depends on size)
No outside food or drink in the resort
